    If you're using a cutting weapon, focus your attacks on Lagi's belly to deal MASSIVE DAMAGE. Make sure to use a fire weapon to maximize your damage output. A Qurupeco weapon is a good choice.

    Lugiacrus on land is a joke, it's when you fight it proper you should be cautious.

    Lagiacrus is a bit overhyped in-game (I find him annoying when he's underwater, though that may just be my inexperience against him talking). Bring a Fire weapon and some Nulberries to cure Thunderblight and you should be fine.

    Honestly any Peco weapon will make short work of him. I personally used the Peco heavy bowgun and just sieged fire shots on him. Took him down rather quickly with it.
