    You should only open to bffs. Because hackers can come if your open to all, it has happened to me! And its scary lol. If a hacker enters your town, you should error. Or End game, but make sure it's before he/she steals anything. When open to all, any friends can come. When open to bffs only, only the people on your bff list can visit (for that character). For more info read the board at the train.
