Well what do you know? They actually DID recycle the SSB Series community and converted it into the SSB3DS community, after all! I originally thought that they would make a brand new community and delete the old one entirely! But hey, everyone is wrong sometimes! I could see how just recycling an old community is more practical than deleting it entirely!

    LOL. Well, I guess the only changes are the community name, banner, and the overall subject of the community. (From the entire series to just this game.)
