    Well, to start off, I am Damien Storm. My Pokemon Journey began with a cartridge of Pokemon Gold. Since that fateful day, Johto has always been my favorite region, along with all it's Pokemon.

    When I played, I noticed that Normal type Pokemon had the largest variety of moves: leveling up and taught. They became the shepards to my sheep in every team I forged.

    I wanted to find one Normal type Pokemon that could take on anything with style. My eyes set towards Smeargle, until I realized it's wasted potential. The same occured with Girafarig, Furret, and Wigglytuff.

    Eventually, I lost hope in finding the Normal type Pokemon I desired. Lickitung provided some qualities of what I wanted, but lacked in Speed and appearance. I gave him a shot, but lost interest.

    Soon, in pursuit of a Noctowl, in hopes of it being a good sweeper, I discovered something with far more potential than it was granted. Aipom! Such speed and attack made me nerd out in more ways than one.

    It had style, stat capability, moves that could kill! I knew he was the one I'd been searching for. Throughout battles in that game, he had wrecked everything I came across. My perfect sweeper.

    Among the in-game battles and the ones with my friends, Aipom was rivalled by none. Atleast, mine wasn't. Aipom obviously isn't the strongest, but is devastating depending how he's used.

    I eventually had to depart from my magnificent Aipom, due to the arrival of Pokemon Ruby, but I swore from that day on, I'd always try to get my partner back in every game, no matter the cost.

    And that is what forged the bond between Aipom and I. But don't even speak of the disgusting Pokemon, Ambipom. Worst decision ever decided by Masuda. Not a good enough evolution for such a glorious Pokemon.
