    i bought the game on release for 30$ plus tax and the price went down to 20$ plus tax and nintendo gave me about a ten dollar refund and tacked it on my eshop account

    Yes! Same happened to me in here. Paid 30 plus tax and then I heard of the promo. Though I was kinda robbed. But this morning I logged in to the eShop and found the refund!

    i kinda wish that happened with my account with a different game. i got nsmb2 and dowloaded it for the full $40 price, but then later nintendo dropped the price to $30, but i got no refund.

    it would be cool if tetris had DLC for certain backgrounds , a christmas background, zelda background, mario background and outer space background, maybe a microscope stain of human blood.

    MrnOOdle, yes, it has online mode. I think it's superior to Axis' there's no cheapo Matrix-switch item this time!
