Hello, fellow LoZ fans! Since we're ~8 months from BotW, all we can do is speculate. I'd like to start the ball rolling with a discussion on how NPCs will work. At E3, it was stated that there would be towns in this new Hyrule. Presumably, in addition to hints gathered from conversations, Link could find sundries/food items he'd be hard pressed to find in the wild, smithy shops (see next post)...

...to repair or upgrade his gear, and possibly bulletin boards for side quests. Another possibility could be trading caravans wandering Hyrule like him, and after helping them out, they could function as smaller mobile towns, on a set route that the Slate can track. Again, this is only sheer speculation, and are only my thoughts. What do you think, fellow fans?

  • sounds legit.

  • I'd like if NPCs act like in real life n' aren't just standing there like statues. Maybe visit different places of the town for shopping n' then going home n' getting asleep when night comes n' waking up early n' that they insult U if ya enter in their houses without permission.
