Just beat the 100th stage with an S ranking! Woo! Does anyone know what the rankings stand for?

  • Ranks C, B, and A mean nothing. Getting lots of S Ranks (Main Stages only) unlock more Expert Stages. For a majority of the Main Stages, you basically wanna finish within half the moves you start with (rounded down). Using Moves +5 helps because it counts as a separate thing.

  • For example, if you started with 20 moves, you need to finish with 10 or more remaining. Although using Moves +5 will make you start with 25, you still only need to finish with 10 or more (instead of 12). Furthermore, some stages will give you S Ranks no matter what, though they're usually puzzle-based (meaning you need to make certain moves to win).
