The updated graphical style in the HD re-release of Twilight Princess is bland and uninspired. The older version is superior in my opinion

i just bought it and was expecting to be more let down. but im actually very happy with it so far. its not a ground up rebuild but im enjoying it.

Thats good to hear. I guess i just played a lot of the original and came to love that dark-eerie blurriness of it, it was charming and set it apart from the others. Now with the updated look, that dark warpedness is all but gone and to me now, it just reminds me of a PS2 game. Although the 60fps rate is definitely always good, just doesn't justify the purchase for me.

oh boy you really didn't enjoy it! Well i just uploaded a screenshot of the dark settings and i'm very happy. the clean up didn't take much away for me. but hey to each their own :)
