    its because theres 3 rainbows in the background, after each mission a different amount of rainbows appear 0 means: low chance of special pokemon 1 means: a chance to get rare pokemon 2: means a chance to get really rare three star pokemon 3 means: a chance to get legendarys at least i think thats how it works...so if your trying to get a specific legendary then wait till you see 3 rainbows
