    I didn't know what boss was weak to ring man. I only really love mm1 and 2. The rest are playable and fun but just stale

    The boss order just became more obtuse over time. MM3 would have been the best in the series, but it was rushed and the level design was weak. 4 was decent. 5 was stale. 6 was worse.

    I was a huge fan of the 8-bit series, but I stopped after 5 because even I could see it had fallen into a rut. I only played the first game in the X and Zero series. The whole Game Boy series was fun but lame.

    The music in mm4 is the worst in the entire series. 4-6 are duds but Mm6 has some good tunes though! Yeah I got MMX for my snes back in the day and only played it. About 10 years ago I got X2 free. My bros roommate left it behind

    If I had played X2 first, I probably would have liked the X series better. I had an Atari Lynx before the SNES and I would have liked if X1 had used the wireframe engine. I wanted more SNES games to be like Star Fox, not Super Mario World.

    I'm surprised you disliked the soundtrack to 4. I liked the second Dr. Cossack and second Dr. Wily tunes. 5 and 6 seemed more recycled to me. The same tunes played for 4 stages at the end, and the Dr. Wily tunes in 6 sounded like the Wood Man stage.

    MM2 had the best soundtrack though. To this day, I still rock out to Quick Man and the first Dr. Wily tune. I downloaded an MM2 soundtrack app for Petit Computer, which is a DSiWare app. I also wrote some MM2 tunes for WarioWare D.I.Y.
