    After getting the hookshot, go to the Flight Control Platform. Enter the minigame, then from where you start, head to the right corner behind you. Place a bomb so you're between it and the corner at a about a 45 degree angle. Just before it blows up, target facing the corner and jump forward so you're in the air when the bomb goes off. If done correctly, you'll land in the lower section.(cont.)

    Now, hookshot the boat to avoid touching the water, because doing so will end the glitch. Then sail directly to Outset Island, and I mean sail, because warping will also end the glitch. If you had any magic beforehand, it will be gone now because the game thinks that you failed the minigame. Once you arrive at Outset you'll see what's in the above pic. Tetra is nowhere to be found, even if (cont.)

    you glide to the Pirate Ship with the Deku Leaf from Aryll's Lookout. If you enter then exit Niko's room, you'll be dropped off in the ocean near Windfall Island. Note that if you enter any of the houses or likely the forest or Savage Labryinth, the glitch will end. Sorry for the wall of text, but there's really a lot to this glitch!
