Cam Anyone Help Me, All day when I try to get a better look around, It Gets Stuck Like this, And When I'm Playing as a character, it locks really close up. How do u fix this??

    And On Miiverse, When I don't touch any thing it moves the screen Slowly... I have had this problem before, but forgot how i fixed it..
