Here's what you do: Get a rocket start, but don't turn yet. At the halfway point, start drifting until the sparks turn blue, the go up the small ramp, do a trick, point your kart down to fall faster. then drift left until sparks fly, get a boost, turn right, do the same and get a boost, jump off the ramp and do a trick, point down, drift left and nab the two coins, drift right, using two mushrooms

    Keep reading to learn more. As you are drifting on the grass on your left, keep drifting and use two of your three mushrooms, one each after you stop boosting. Your sparks should be orange by then. Stop drifting to get a boost.
