    If u made a child it wont grow up unless you edit it and make it an adult or something and if u want your islanders to date well sorry to say but it just comes randomly so i hope this awnsered your questions :)

    It takes a period of time dating before propsals. The married couples ask if they should have a baby if u say yes a few days later a baby comes. It takes around a week before they are full grown.
