Somehow I'm getting the extra material drops again on the Great Sea map. I've had this happen before, on multiple maps, and I'm pretty sure it has to do with the Instruments of the Sirens' effects wearing off and then going to a different map. The last time this happened, I went to the Master Wind Waker map and then the Great Sea map as well.
