Btw, I can confirm that the Climax Brace can be used towards Sai Fung. I just used it for the first time on this chapter after some halo grinding on another, and then as I was wondering if the Climax Brace would count towards it, this happened. YES! :D

No, it does not matter. You can play the same chapter over and over again with the Climax Brace.
