Level 15 Pokemon #5: Sableye! I'd started this one a few weeks ago, but Raikou jumped past it in development Priority. This will allow me to field an all 100 power dark team, but likely won't see a lot of call at mega. Risk Taker at level 3 gives this guy a fair amout of raw damage potential that could be furthet improved later. My 15s: Charizard, Groudon, Blastoise, Raikou, and Sableye.
