    That was added in 1.3.0. It's given to anyone who hasn't Checked In after 30 or more days. I should mention that it's not worth waiting for another month to get that again since you can farm 10k+ Coins from Stage 37 Meowth and use 30+ Hearts in a single day, and you'd be missing out on all the events.
