I'm really gonna have to figure out what to call those on a Shade's head* ~No, she isn't talking about ideas about Shadowing cuisine or history. Personally though, they are pretty solid design-wise to me. I might try to make one, with your permission of course.

they are well designed creatures, so there isnt much need to change the design. However, you could improve them by telling us more about them, for example, "what is their common behavior towards other creatures? are they naturally agressive?" so, basically, tell us more in depth about their personalities, habitat, etc. so we can have a better idea of what the creature is.
