    Abviously, Arrows going up means that pokemon is super effective against the pokemon your fighting (Lets say its pikachu fighting against squirtle, it will do 100+ damage). Arrows going down means that pokemon is unaffective against the pokemon your fighting.( Charmander would deal 14+ damage to squirtle).
