When you have the fire arrows go to Needle Rock Isle, use the arrow and drop down a hole. Go through this area to get the Ghost Ship Chart. It will tell you what islands can be visited by the Ghost Ship and at what phase of the moon it happens. Sail over to one of those islands and keep playing the Song of Passing until the moon is the correct phase. Then sail into it.

Sorry Jensen but this is a complete wrong information. The Ghost Ship Chart is in the Diamond Steppe Island. Not in the hole of the Needle Rock Isle.

Go 1 square north and 1 square west of Outset Island. Then you will be at the Diamond Steppe Island. To get onto the island you need the Hookshot (which can be obtained in the Wind Temple). Then go into the hole of the isle, a small labyrith will apear.

External: In the labyrinth there is a small chest which containes a orange rupee (100 rupees), just go in the 2nd part of the labyrinth behind the shipwreck in the mug and you will get to the chest.

And if you go into the hole Jensen mentioned. There will be a aera of some sunken ships. Just use your Heros Bow (Fire Arrows) and kindle the 6 torches. Then a chest will apear which containes a orange rupee.
