    Not sure. I've never had such ink problems with the ink brush that I needed an ink saver main. Similarly, I prefer my defense ups on longer ranged weapons: when you're up close, the action is too fast for 5 def up subs to make a difference.

    Too situational. You use defense ups on long-ranged weapons so as to decrease damage from others attacking you at max range. At close range, gals have such a quick TTS that an extra shot won't matter, and you'll never get close to a 92 without swim ups.

    You have Splat Bombs and Kraken to work with too and skilled enough players are able to get in close.
