I was looking for the best place to train pre-elite four in Red and it turns out the third floor of the Cinnabar Island Mansion has the best EXP gain per battle. Muk and Weezing are worth 900+ EXP each, Ponyta are 700+, Koffing are 500+, and the lowest are the Growlithe with 420+. Now to get my team to level eighty! :D
