Well, I think I made the right choices because I used my Skill Boosters S and 1 Skill Booster M and made Mega Charizard X and Y, Zygarde and Regigigas's Skill Levels all increase by 1. Now the Megas are at level 3, the others are at level 2, and the amount of Skill Exp. raised depends on the Pokemon it's used on.
