You know, maybe the Octarians kind of have a point here. The Octarians developed an even more technologically advanced civilization underground with far less resources. Splatfests and fashion shows are all well and good, but what about science? What about rising above what you are? If you ask me, the Octarians kind of have a good thing going for them. Plus, Octavio's got some sick beats. ;)
