It might be a oneoff, since Splatoon was built from the ground up as a ''killer app'' for the WiiU. The point: Splatoon is a WiiU exclusive. Personally, I hope this isn't the case, but it's called Murphy's Law for a reason. Here's hoping I'm wrong, guys. #Savesplatfest

It's very likley they focus on NX. The Wii U has been a financial sinkhole and they've focused all their effort twoards NX especially if it has an x86 architecture then ports will be harder. Splatfests are ending since they need to be moderated by staff for matchmaking and setup so instead they're focusing on the EAD junior divisions next project. Also what's with that code?
