    up based on a certain fandom. I mean, there isn't even a possible chance that you can like someone's character design or traits? Heheh. Although, I can kind of see where you're going with this. I never was a big fan of OCs, only because I can't really see where their character can fit in with the fandom without it being cringy. I never really enjoyed making OCs for certain fandoms like Undertale,

    LoZ, etc... But that was only because you're already playing as a given character. Now, with games like Splatoon or Fire Emblem, it's different, because you get to "make" your own character (with the given resources). So, technically, that character IS your OC. My Splatoon OC is just based the character I use in the game, with the outfit I wear most. I don't really give her a lot of personality

    traits because I don't really bother drawing her or anything, but if she did I guess it'd be kinda cool? Fun? I just don't really bother. I only stick with OCs that aren't involved with a fandom, they're just characters that I made up either based on my friends (The Janitor) or my own fandoms (if I wrote a comic or something).     known fandom with a already made main character (like Frisk from Undertale) because I don't think they'd fit in. But that's just my personal preference. (Sorry I took so long to reply. I was eating [late] breakfast and reading a manga. ^ω^)

    The problem with OCs on Miiverse is that there's a large populaation of younger kids making their own perfect, unoriginal, mary sue characters for all their favorite things. Not much thought goes into the actual vharacter part of the character. But this cannot be applied to every original character out there, because there are still a lot of good ones.

    I guess what I'm saying is a character can't be perfect, loved by everyone, and infallible. They need strengths AND weaknesses. Good traits AND bad traits, and a lot of these little kids don't understand that.
