    *The Two continue their adventure after the defeat of Octostomp. Cosmo still is low-spirited after the defeat of Octostomp being in vain, and Tyler is trying to cheer him up. Tyler: Hey, c'mon man! Cheer up! We need to stay determined until the fight with Octonozzle! Cosmo: I'm not too sure I can go on! Having to fight that stupid cube was enough, but ANOTHER one?

(The bomb explodes, launching the two against a sponge)

    (An orange inking unsquids and glares at the two. Tyler fires some ink at the inking, but the ink is deflected by the inklings weapon, the Hero's inkbrush.) Tyler: Who are you? What do you want from us? ???: It doesnt matter who I am. What matters is that YOU'VE stolen two Hero Shots and Cuttlarmor. And now your wanted by Captain Cuttlefish himself. Cosmo: (Looks at Tyler) Wait, we stole these!?

    Tyler: Uh, yeah. Duh. ???: So now, youre coming with me. Tyler: *Looks behind himself at the sponge, then launches a seeker at the inking. The explosion knocks her backwards.* Cosmo! Burst bomb the sponge! (Cosmo does just that, and the two rise up to the next floor. But before Cosmo can get off the sponge, the inkling recovers and tosses a splat bomb at it.)

    (The sponge shrinks, leaving Cosmo hanging on the edge of the platform.) Cosmo: Tyler help! I dont want to die! (Tyler pulls Cosmo up right before he slips, and the two get away on the trail of another Seeker. But the inkling is on their tail, somehow able to keep up with the two on foot.) Tyler: Coz! You keep going! Ima stop this inkling. Cosmo:Didnt have to tell me twice. *Continues swimming.*

    (Tyler unsquids and launches another seeker. The inkling dodges the explosion, but the force of the explosion knocks off its mask.) Tyler: Whoa! Youre a girl? ???: Does that matter to you?! Tyler: NO, no no. Its fine. Its fine. (The girl charges Tyler and swipes her inkbrush. Tyler barely dodges it, getting hit by pellets of orange ink. He turns and fires more ink at the girl, but theyre blocked.)

    (Tyler manages to dodge a couple swift attacts from the girl, while continuing to fire more and more ink. A couple of attacks later, and his gun is knocked out of his hands. Tyler notices something behind the girl and tackles her. With the sudden weight increase, the girl falls backward into a pool of Tyler's ink. The girl screams as her vision fades, but Tyler suddenly pulls her out of the pool.)
