So glad D&P aren't getting remakes...

I'm sick of remakes and I'm sick of people demanding remakes, the 3rd dimension doesn't mean it'll make anything better because honestly, what does gen 4 need fixed?

Tbh that's perfectly fine, I do too, at least for this gen. I do want them in gen 8 like I said for the fiftieth time lol. But for now, it still seems too early for remakes, as ORAS was released like barely 2 years ago.

@Marq Then a remake would mean nothing to you if you already expect it and ORAS did come out not that long ago. I think now I just want Gamefreak to take a break from main Pokemon games for a while, let the generation stew for a bit before bringing out a new one or new game, plus the Pokemon community is super awful right now, from youtube videos, fan behavior, it all sucks.

I hate gen 3 but ORAS was okay, only played it for the move tutors and items, then went straight back to X.

I really only had two problems with ORAS That is Primal Forms for Groudon and Kyogre, and they kept the Battle Maison aka the worst thing from XY

@Spoopy The Battle Maison is way better than the Tree, just throwing that out there since you could cheese the maison for easy BP, can't do that with the tree.

Gamefreak needs to work on DrillDozer. Stop Pokémon for a bit and Gamefreak on their other titles.

Just because it wouldn't mean something to you doesn't mean its like that for everyone else. I look forward to stuff I expect all the time, like my days off from work for example, among other things.

Regardless of that, even if we already know a DPP remake would for the most part be the same story, they always add things to the game that are brand new. Crystal had a side story with Eusine and Suicune, FRLG had the Sevii Islands, Emerald and Platinum had new areas with an expanded story, HG/SS had extra routes and expanded Kanto, BW2 continued the story and ORAS had the delta episode

It will never end. Seriously they are catching up tk X and Y at this rate and the 3DS is still around. I rather have a remake of Pokémon Coliseum and Gale of Darkness sequel. I miss Shadow Pokémon. Show Lugia aka XD-001 was cool and it was diffrent looking. I want more Shadow versions of Pokémon.

Why would they stop remaking games when its easy money for them? They don't have to make a new story, entire cast of new pokemon or a new region. All they have to do is use what they've already created and update or change it which cuts out a huge percentage of development time. Plus, most who buy the pokemon games get the 3rd version + remakes so there's clear mutual interest to continue

@Marq You say that but Call of Duty games are easy money and oh will you look at that, COD sales are going down, what a surprise, plus Pokemon sales have been going down since gen 2, that's kind of why they made spin off games back then.

Liz,there a video about that. Pokémon sales dropped because the hype was over. But the sales haven't dropped or increased all that much. I have seen the records.

@Liz - I'm not sure what that argument is supposed to prove since it doesn't help or hurt anyone's position. It's not like COD and Pokemon are no longer two of the best selling franchises on the market either, both of those games still sell several million each time they come out and are usually the top if not one of the top 5 sellers for several months after release
