    Go to the title screen, then go into the Options. In the options menu, there should be a option that lets you download the DLC.

    1. Go to the title menu (when you first turn on the game), then make sure are connected to the internet. 2. Go to options. 3. Next, go to downloadable content. 4. Download the pack you need to download. 5. Wait an hour or so because you're on WII U. 6. Close the game then reopen to play what you need!
