Egg move confusion

If you tutor a Pokemon to have a certain move in generation 6, then transfer it and breed it, will it still have the move you tutored as an egg move?

    it depends of the move, only specific moves can be obtained trought egg moves

    Well, I want to teach my Garchomp Stealth Rock but it only learns that in gen 6 and I'd prefer to get the move then breed it in gen 7 but I'm guessing that won't work.

    Only if the move was already an egg move for that pokemon. For example, if you tutor an Aggron Stealth Rock in Gen 6, then transfer it to Sun and Moon and breed it, its offspring will know Stealth Rock, becuase it's an egg move for Aron But if you taught a Sylveon Hyper Voice in Gen 6, transferred + bred it in Sun/Moon, the offspring will not know Hyper Voice, since it's not an egg move for Eeve

    Well, I guess I have to breed in gen 6 again. Which will be hard since I have no 6iv Ditto in that game since I transferred mine to gen 7.
