Theory: How did boos become ghosts? There is a possibility they are dead goombas, I mean just look at them. And legends say ghosts come back to earth when they have unfinished business. so they come back to get mario after what he did to them. They also have a strong resemblance to goombas. Sharp teeth, little and short. but how did they loose their legs? I dont know but thats just a theory.
