Shiny charm and shiny pokemon

I just got the shiny charm. Place your bets on what my first shiny pokemon will be. I will be hunting on Poni Island.

I also got a level 100 shiny gyrados from the gts. The ot is Sakati.TV. Does any one know who that is. It sounds like a youtuber.
