    I think he's perma'd, but if you check Donut's wiki for 'Undercleaners', you should find him. But it's mostly just "He lead a team called the Undercleaners that tried to remove all mention of Undertale from NSLU, causing many users to be @dmin'd as a result. He was stopped when Riley and Phan revealed him to the NSLU as he was banned soon after."
