咲良との会話から:ベルボトム衣服の中でも、ズボンのデザインの一種。もしくはその様なデザインのズボンそのもの。脚の筒の形が腰から膝にかけては身体にフィットし、膝から裾にかけて広がっているのが特徴。金管楽器の「ベル」ににていることから「ベルボトム」と呼ばれ、我が国では「パンタロン/ラッパズボン」と呼ばれることも。また、丈の長いブーツをはくことができるため、「ブーツカット」と呼ぶこともある。 1960年代末期から我が国でも「ヒッピー文化」と共に流行した。出典:Wikipedia「ベルボトム」より
