Help on shiny

I got a shiny Rayquaza from WT, and when I checked its moves, I saw it has V–Create. Is this a legit 15th Anniversary Rayquaza, or hacked in? I can add more information in about an hour, such as OT, Region of Origin, Nature, etc. if you need it.

    The 15th Anniversary V-Create Rayquaza could not be shiny, nor can it be traded over Wondertrade. So yeah, definitely illegal

    issy, What ribbon do you mean? All mine has is a Hoenn Champion and Kalos Champion ribbon. Does that mean it‛s hacked? If so, thanks for your help.

    event pokemon have a special ribbon like ash greninja ash pikachu and all others so its definetlly hacked
