岩手県・盛岡市のご当地料理・盛岡冷麺。本作にも登場している「わんこ蕎麦」、じゃじゃ麺と並ぶ「盛岡の三大麺」のひとつに数えられている。ご当地・盛岡市で「冷麺」というと、コレを指すことが多く、焼肉店で定番とされ、供されることが多い。この料理の付け合わせで出される果物は、林檎/西瓜/梨などを季節に合わせて変えるのが一般的で、キムチは大根のもの。(←カクテキと呼ばれる) ご当地のほとんどの店では辛味を数段階から選べるようになっているが、冷麺とは別の皿で出させる「別辛」を選ぶ者も多い。出典:Wikipedia 「盛岡冷麺」より
