いつかリボンコンプリートの為にポケコロかXDやりたいんですけど

まず最初の関門としてバトル山をメンバーを変えず制覇というのがあります。ハッサムかストライクが確定枠なのですがここで質問です朝の日差しストライク(XD)とハッサム(コロシアム)のどちらを使うべきでしょう？コロシアムで手に入れたポケモンをXDのバトル山で使う事は可能でしょうか？
