Little Dark Riding Hood. Seriously, though, this visual glitch happened randomly while playing. It started during the "Usual Route" ending, and actually kept going while on the Title Screen! Is my copy of this game forever going to suffer from the glitch? (Update in comments section.)

    Upon closing and re-entering the game, the visuals return to normal. I believe that constantly tapping to quickly swift through the text boxes can load the next scene incorrectly, causing this glitch. The title screen is the most noticeably affected while this glitch is in motion. With all of that being said, discovering this certainly spiced up my revisit to this title! Thanks for reading. Bye.
