pokemon transfer from 3ds to switch?

do you think its possible? i have a lot of guys i spent a lot of hours training them and the event pokemon i have i don't want to lose.

Well, considering there aren't any Pokemon games that could possibly allow transfer for the Switch yet, obviously not. However, it would be an incredibly bad move for Nintendo to not allow transfer between a 3DS Pokemon game and a Switch Pokemon game.

Why do you need to transfer them? Did I miss something?

They already confirmed that pokebank would be used for years to come. It's very likely that Pokebank will be the transfer option. Despite that, There's no reason why they couldn't develop a transfer tool to work between the 3ds and Switch
