My shiny eevee wont evolve into umbreon

How high a level does it need to evolve into umbreon the lv is62 i got it at lv 50 maxed out the stats in ile evelup And is holding a sooth bell What gives

    Just walk around with it a lot. That is the main thing to boost friendship.

    Since it needs max friendship you can walk around with it, put it in Isle Avue, take it to the massage lady, give it the EV boosting drinks like Iron and Zinc, or battle with it and not have it faint. Then just level it up

    It evolves with high friendship AT NIGHT. Must be after 8pm and make sure it does not know any fairy moves.

    i dont remember eevee not being able to evolve into umbreon because it knew a fairy type move.
