    The contents of the Starter Pack include everything you need to play the game and get going on your adventure. It requires the three characters and the vehicle that are included, those being Batman, Gandalf, and Wyldstyle, and the Batmobile respectively. If you don't have those, you won't really be able to do anything, as they are required to get the game going.

    No, there's no way to skip anything. Batman, Gandalf, Wyldstyle, and the Batmobile are all required in order to start the game.
