    ピッコロのいるノーマルミッション等で試すとよくわかると思いますが、指定された相手に攻撃しないと効果が発動しないんですよ。

    そういえばこれ表記は受けるダメージ2倍だけどこれはヒットと同じようなもんですかね？タイミング的に与えるダメージ2倍っぽいですけど

    悟飯の口笛は相手のダメージ軽減率を下げているようです。 不意打ちを持ったアタッカーが攻撃すると、口笛を発動してもしなくても同じダメージになります。(乱数で多少の差は出ますけど) ミッションを作ってて気が付いたんですが、ピッコロに防御指示のリンクを当てておくと、「無慈悲な攻撃」の後に「悟飯の口笛」が発動してダメージが凄い事になります。
