    Nah, there's no way they would keep a unique event mon, in additon to a Z-crystal locked to one region only. Since the movie is releasing in Japan first, and this Pikachu is meant to advertise the movie, that's why they get it first. Once we get closer to the movie's international release, I'm sure they will distribute the Pikachu in other regions to advertise the movie.
