    From what I can tell, it's an RPG adaptation of the Kunio-Kun / River City Ransom scenario and characters. The original source material already had some level-up and RPG elements mixed in with mostly street-brawling and beat'em-up action.. This could be an extension of the RPG side while retaining the characters of the series as well. I actually want to buy this, too!
