The best pokemon to use.

Who do you think is the best pokemon to use in competitive play for me its my ParaFlinching Togekiss.

Primarina, the last evolution of Popplio is powerful, then OP if you have the right end moveset. Plus, it is the most powerful starter evolution in pókemon Sun and Moon. Also, sun and moon lack grass types, so Primarina has an advantage in the game. So use a primarina.

Final moveset 4 primarina should be Sparkling Aria, Hydro Pump, Moonblast, and the 4th is your pick. Also, GIVE IT PRIMARIUM Z.
