Megastones for Blaziken, Sceptile, Swampert, Banette and Camerupt are now available to the public while connected to the internet, go to "Mystery gift", choose "Recive gift", select "Get with Code" and enter "MATSUBUSA"

The Kanto starter Megastones are not missing, they are in-game, Red himself will give it to you after defeating him at 20th single winstreak at the battle tree.
