愛知県・津市/名古屋市のご当地料理・ひつまぶし。「名古屋めし」の名前でWikipedia上では紹介されている。蒲焼きにした鰻を切り分け、お櫃に入れたご飯の上に乗せたものを食べるのが一般的。コレを食べる側が茶碗などに取り分けて食べるのが基本のスタイルとなっている。そのまま通常の鰻めしとしても食べられるが、山葵/刻み海苔/刻みネギなどの薬味や出汁、お茶などを添えて提供されるため、食味の変化も楽しめるのが特徴。
