Gen 1 Transfer and IVs ?

In theory, could I get a 6IV Pokemon through the Gen 1 transfer?

    It can evolve. I don't remember the level though. It turns into Primeape. (Been playing yellow). Also in theory yes.

    Theoretically, yes, it is possible. But since you can't soft-reset the transfer, and the chance of getting 6 perfect IVs is 1/32768, it's so extremely unlikely, that you will probably never see it happen. The only exception is Mew, which if you transfer one that looks like the VC event Mew, then it has a 1/32 chance of having 6 perfect IVs.
