    Do you know if you have low iron? That, even if not severe, can cause drowsiness even when fully rested. I have lowish iron. It's good that you had a nice day :) I went to my physio so I missed first lesson. It went well, I didn't have to do any exercises or have my strength tested because the chances of it being chronic pain are so high.
